fantastic access to parks and subway for weekend explorers

the hotel is at the top of the subway steps, making it super easy to access public transport and get to the beautiful century park just a few minutes away, perfect for any city walks, the staff were fantastic and really helpful, made my stay feel very comfortable.

There were no toothbrushes.

All the employees were very friendly and attentive. Deluxe queen room had facilities you could need.

Facilities were very nice, however Wi-Fi signal was not good.

What an absoluteley fabulous location, but the staff need some serious training! Finding crumbs in my room was definetly not what i expected, and neither was the broken fridge. Can't believe that no one even bothered to upgrade my room for the inconvenience. I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

Had real good stay during a weekend and the weather was lovely. I enjoyed the restaurant. They gave me top-notch and brand-new room with balcony, a fantastic view, all necessary facilities.

The location was favourable - very close to the exhibition and nice shopping mall, Pudong and Hongqiao airports as well as Hongqiao railway station, and restaurant. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with excellent views and the same services, for instance as expected.

I stayed for 6 nights in a Beautiful Double Room with City View. The staff was super nice, especially at the reception. The room was spacious and clean, and there's a park right in front which was great for walks. Plus, the subway station is conveniently located underneath.

The kindness of the staff, the breakfast, the distance from the metro, finally, very good stay!

I enjoyed a lovely 4-night stay while visiting the nearby Expo Center. The location next to the subway and across from Century Park was perfect for taking walks, and it made accessing attractions like the Bund and Yu Garden extremely convenient. I particularly appreciated the clean and modern room, and the laundry room was a great bonus for families traveling with kids. Although the restaurant was closed, there were other dining options nearby, which was helpful.

It was close to the hotel's Chinese restaurant, the green lined outskirts of Century Park, and the tourist spots, convenient and perfect location overall. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and responded promptly to requests. The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new with a tub, nice view to Century Park, for example £ 502.

The location is wonderful, right next to the Century Park and the metro station. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the park, which really added to the experience.

The breakfast could be improved slightly.

Location is very convenient for Shanghai Expo.. Taxi is about 5 minutesand usd4.00

Internet was not stable. Maybe it is because of Google , Gmail banned but speed was also slow. I will not stay again for business. Maybe Kerry or Jumeriah is better for Expo Center..

The price is not include 15% servuce in room. Better to include it in the final price
